Abstract

Patients with coronary chronic total occlusions have usually anginal symptoms, reversible ischemia on stress testing and viable myocardium subtended by the occluded artery. This review highlights the evolution and latest advancements in percutaneous techniques and technologies for revascularization of CTO.
