Abstract

In the paper, the Reynolds transport theorem (RTT) for three phase systems is developed, in terms associated with a moving control volume. The basic tools applied to the derivation are the generalized transport theorem by Truesdell and Toupin, and generalized surface transport theorem by Aris as well as Slattery. The final results referenced to a generic extensive quantity demonstrate the theorem in the integral instantaneous form. As a further illustration of applicability of the theorem relation developed some specific forms are deduced from such as for multiphase systems in terms of fixed control volume, surface systems and homogeneous spatial systems.

Abstract

The paper presents the results of simulation method for prediction of helicopter H-V zone envelope in the case of engine power loss. Depending on the loss rate of available power, the emergency maneuver for flight continuation is calculated, or the autorotation landing is predicted. The realization of an airborne device with in-built calculating procedure and graphic presentation of H-V zone predicted limits can improve safety level of helicopter flight, and can cue the pilot to make proper decision in emergency conditions. The results of emergency maneuver simulation were verified by comparing them with flight tests of Mi-2Plus helicopter for partial power unit failure, and with records of SW-4 helicopter autorotation landing. The operation of measurement-recording module, which consists of GPS receiver, inertial measurement unit and a computer of PC-104 standard, was checked during flight tests of a radio-controlled helicopter model.

Abstract

Autonomic nervous system of the pelvis is still poorly understood. Every year more and more pelvic procedures are carried out on patients suff ering from diff erent pelvic disorders what leads to numerous pelvic dysfunctions. Authors tried to review, starting from historical and clinical background, the most important reports on anatomy of the pelvic autonomic plexuses. We also pay attention to complete lack of knowledge of students of medicine on the autonomic nervous structures in the area studied. We present anatomical description of the pelvic plexuses including their visceral branches and anatomy of surrounding pelvic tissues which still remains unclear. More and more attention is paid to the topography of the plexuses specially because of new pain releasing techniques — neurolysies.
